About Me

Greetings! I am Omor Al Tanim, and I earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

I am currently working as an AI Engineer at Wafi Solutions, where I bring around 2 years of full stack experience building AI-integrated business systems. My work focuses on engineering multi-agent AI customer support platforms with Semantic Kernel, GPT, Gemini, and N8N, and on connecting intelligent automation to enterprise platforms such as ERPNext and Frappe. Across 8 delivered projects for local and international clients in ecommerce, hospitality, real estate, and SaaS, I have owned the full delivery cycle, from requirements gathering and custom development to third-party integrations, deployment on AWS, GCP, and Docker, and post-deployment support.

Multi-Agent Systems: Designing orchestrated AI agents that plan, use tools, and collaborate to resolve real customer queries end-to-end.
Workflow Automation: Combining large language models with workflow tools such as N8N to automate support operations and repetitive business processes.
Conversational AI: Building real-time chat experiences where AI agents and human support staff work side by side.

Applied AI for Business Systems:

AI-Integrated ERP: Bringing intelligent automation into ERP workflows such as CRM, lead management, HR, and inventory.
Multimodal AI: Using vision-capable models such as Gemini to extract structured information from images and unstructured web content.

Machine Learning Foundations:

Financial Forecasting: Applying multimodal deep learning and hybrid machine learning methods to predict stock prices in Bangladesh's capital markets.
